The Regional Western Balkans AEO Association is pleased to announce the upcoming Roundtable of Serbia Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) Representatives, to be held on 10 September 2025 in Belgrade, at the premises of our valued member, Nelt Group (Maršala Tita 226B, P. Box 530, 11272 Dobanovci, Serbia). The event is being organized with the support of Mr. Jovan Mutavdžić, Board Member for Serbia, and hosted by our valued member Nelt Group.
This roundtable is part of the Association’s ongoing efforts to strengthen cooperation among AEO stakeholders across the Western Balkans. Serbia plays a particularly important role in this process, as it currently has the largest number of AEO-certified companies in the region.
The meeting will provide a platform for:
- Strengthening cooperation with AEO companies in Serbia ,
- exchanging practical experiences from day-to-day AEO operations,
- identifying and sharing best practices, and
- exploring how businesses can maximize the benefits of AEO status.
Beyond its practical outcomes, the event also highlights the Association’s broader mission: to support members, encourage dialogue, and foster regional cooperation in trade facilitation and supply chain security.
The Regional AEO Association warmly invites all interested stakeholders—AEO companies, Customs representatives, and partners from across the region—to join the roundtable. Together, we can continue building a stronger and more collaborative AEO community in Serbia and beyond.
